We are looking for people WHO THINK, who are willing to set their mind working in order to contribute to the solution of problems and challenges in rural and urban Afro and Indigenous communities in Cartagena de Indias. FEM attracts people coming from diverse national and international contexts, specialized in a wide variety of disciplines. These people join the FEM team and bring to the table all their willpower, knowledge, creativity and energy to produce ideas, plans and projects that enable innovative solutions to specific challenges and inspire development and sustainability in the communities where FEM operates.
